The Quicksand of Guilt

Guilt is a self-reproach for real or imagined offenses, or from a sense of inadequacy. This morbid self-reproach often manifests in a marked preoccupation with the moral correctness of one´s behavior. With an imbalance of the second chakra, guilt is steeped in manipulation, of ourselves and/or others.
Once the guilt about a real or imagined event begins, it creates a downward spiral, sinking us ever deeper into the quicksand.
In this class, you will uncover ways in which you create and hold on to guilt feelings, and how this guilt is destructive in your life. You will learn tools for stepping out of guilt and stepping into healthy responsibility.
